Jal Niwas, as it is called in Hindi, now houses a luxury hotel Taj Lake Palace. You will find a surreal 18th century marble vision stuck between the charming Aravalli Mountains on one side, and tall palaces on the other, the Taj Lake Palace invites visitors to watch its corridors and courtyards, pavilions and ponds, gardens and fountains, that repercussion with the memories, comfort and extravagances of a bygone era. Fuel is priced to be paid separately but is relatively cheap. Taxi and rickshaw are also suitable to travel around.
