An annual five day , from the Kartik ekadashi to Kartik Poornima, the full moon day (the 15th) of Kartik (October–November) according to the Hindu calendar, camel and livestock fair ,organized in the Pushkar town also known as pushkar ka mela.This is suppose to be world's largest camel fair in which selling and buying of camel was done .This festival is divided into two parts, first being the camel or cattle fair and the second is religious part. To make it more interesting certain event in the form of competition like matka phod", "longest moustache", and "bridal competition, are added to the fair.
