Every year, Buddha Purnima alarms the start of a wonderful fair, summer festival in the pleasant climate of Mount Abu, an ideal location for the festival. It is a three day color fair organized by municipal Board & District Administration of Mount Abu and Rajasthan Tourism Department.
Summer Festival makes its start with the fine singing of a ballad, followed by Gair, Ghoomar and Daph folk dances. Other attractive events of summer festival include boat race at Nakki Lake and Sham-e-Qawwali, which take you in the world of music anyone dreamed off. The end of the summer festival is through an outstanding and sparkling firework.
